Also, the infection can spread to the kidneys and can make you feel unwell with back pain and a high temperature.
#3 Enlarged Spleen Chronic - lymphoma or chronic leukemia may result in a massively enlarged spleen, that can be detected by a health care specialist during a physical examination. Affected sufferer feels pain, early satiety, and paleness and tiredness due to anemia.
#4 Kidney Disorders - kidney stones are typically caused by high amounts of uric acid or calcium in the body. Also, dehydration can be a cause of kidney stone. That pain may be located on your left side, however, remember that your kidneys are located closer to your back, and the pain could just as easily appear in the same spot but on your right side.

#9 Crohn’s Disease - it is an inflammatory disease of the small intestine. Signs and symptoms include - chronic diarrhea, pain, blood in your stool, and decreased ability to absorb nutrients. The symptoms may become more severe as Crohn’s disease progresses.
#10 Pelvic Inflammatory Disease - it is a common cause of left lower abdominal pain in women. This condition is common and affects approximately 1 million women every year in the US, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
#11 Ovarian Cyst - the fluid filled pockets present on the surface or inside the ovary are termed as ovarian cysts that can usually cause left side abdominal pain. Signs and symptoms of an ovarian cyst also include vomiting, nausea, painful bowel movements, bloating, and pain during sex.
#12 Endometriosis - it is the abnormal growth of cells, similar to those that form the inside of the uterus, but in a location outside of the uterus. This condition causes left abdominal pain which commonly occurs before menstruation and lessens after menstruation.
#13 Intestinal Obstruction - a variety of factors can cause an intestinal obstruction, such as - tumors, hernias, compacted fecal matter, and swallowed objects. As the body tries to rid itself of the blockage, you will feel intermittent cramping due to the intestinal movements seeking to remove the blockage.
